For He is worthy
But my sinful actions have given me a heart of darkness
And I'm lying in the street just like an empty carcass
Just waiting for the vultures to come pick my bones
And I'm moving further away from right and so much closer to wrong
These rebellious actions are mislabeled as mistakes
Wit a fist toward heaven I dig myself an early grave
Buried in my self-righteousness, guilt, and shame

I turned away from the light of Your word

It only led to empty valleys of lust and lies
